- has been registered for Goods and Services Tax (“GST”); and
- is not an unauthorised dealer (i.e., No Second-hand dealer, pawnbrokers Licence); and
- is not from a refinery
Product Specifications
The advertised prices from the competitor must:
- be of the exact same carat and purity of the gold; and
- be available for immediate purchase or loan.
Product Exclusions
Even if our competitors offer higher prices that fulfil the conditions above, we will not price match on:
- a gold coin/bullion/bar; and
- any collectable gold value.
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
